BRING WITH YOU:

Climbing gear, sleeping bag, insulated thermos, sunglasses, sunscreen, headlamp with extra

batteries, routine medications, snacks, walking stick/trekking poles as desired.

CLOTHING:

Trekking boots, wool socks, thermal underwear, warm trousers and shirts, warm gloves,

balaclava, sun hat, raincoat, fleece jackets, down jackets. Warm clothes for nights.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:

  • Scanned copy of passport showing 6 months validity from date of entry to Nepal

  • 2 passport-sized photos

  • Medical insurance with evacuation facility
