Climbing gear, sleeping bag, insulated thermos, sunglasses, sunscreen, headlamp with extra

batteries, routine medications, snacks, walking stick/trekking poles as desired.

• Trekking boots, wool socks, thermal underwear, warm trousers and shirts, warm gloves,

• balaclava, sun hat, raincoat, fleece jackets, down jackets. Warm clothes for nights.
