COST INCLUDES:

Travel:

  • One day local sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley

  • 3 nights accommodations at a 3-star hotel in Kathmandu with breakfast included

  • Trekking permit for Makalu Barun National Park, TIMS card

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

35% of trip cost is required at time of booking. The balance is due in cash upon arrival in Kathmandu

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand that trip cancellations are necessary at times. If you need to cancel your trip ,you must email our office immediately at (need email address@himalayan-zen.com).

Payment refunds will be made as per the foreign currency conversion rate in USD prevailing at the time of refund and with the following terms:

  • Trips cancelled 45 or more days before the start of the trip with be levied a 5% cancellation fee.

  • Trips cancelled 30-44 days before the start of the trip will be levied a 10% cancellation fee.

  • Trips cancelled 14-29 days before the start of the trip will be levied a 15% cancellation fee.

  • Trips cancellation 2-13 days before the start of the trip will be levied a 20% cancellation fee.

  • Trips cancelled less than 48 hours before the start of the trip including a no-show will not be eligible for a refund.
